Spring has Sprung

Spring has truly sprung and I think everything thinks it is summer. Over night everything seems to have blossomed. On Sunday I went to Beard's Brook a common tourist sight around here. It was so peaceful just listening to the water and seeing the sun glisten off it. Here is a glimpse of Spring in New Hampshire.

1st Weekend in May

This weekend Chris and I went to his aunts house in MA. We did some site seeing which was a whole lot of fun. We learnt a little about Henry David Thoreau and how he was born David Henry and changed his name. For those of you who don't know him he was a writer and he wrote of Walden pond which you see here in the picture.
We also visited Concord and Lexington MA and seen a show on how the British invaded Boston and the surrounding areas. Also how Paul Revere and commorades fought again the British to save their country and countrymen. It was very interesting and now the freedom trail in Boston makes a whole lot more sense to me.
Sunday morning we went to a barn for breakfast. They can cook. Then we did a little more sight seeing. Great weekend.

Spring

Yeah!!!! I think spring has finally come. It was in the 60's on Friday and Thursday I took some pictures of the maple syrup being made. Something I am not going to see when we eventually move to Baltimore. Think I will start a scrapbook of His Mansion. After 5 years I think it is about time. Notice our house in the background of the picture with the bucket. We live in the half on the left of the red door.

Daniel's Scrapbook

Last week I just finished Daniel's scrapbook. Here are 2 of my favorite pictures. These are his actual hand and foot prints. The second picture has scripture surrounding it. They consist of verses God has been giving to us for comfort and support.

Snow! Snow! Snow!

Here is home in sunny New Hamsphire in April with more snow on the way this weekend. They told us that if we have a mild wionter we would get it on the other end of the year and have a snowy spring. I guess this is what is happening. The poor daffodils are trying there harderst to push through the snow.

Healing

The weekend of 9th February we got the opportunity to go to Rhode Island and during this time we got to meet up with some dear friends of ours. Here are some of the pictures we took which represents the glory of God and reminded us of how God blesses us even in the midst of trials. Enjoy. We did. Isn't the cross amazing with the formation of the clouds.

February 6th 2007 Daniel's Birth

It is with deep sorrow that I post this
blog. On Saturday 3rd Feb we went to the hospital because I had not felt Daniel move for 3 days. The doctors did a scan and could not find a heart beat. They induced me Saturday night and I eventually delivered Daniel at 5.03am Tuesday morning. We know without a shadow of a doubt that he has gone to be with the Lord which is such a blessing in the fact he did not have to suffer the sin of this world but we will miss him dearly but will never forget him and the joy that he brought in the short life that he had. How he kicked his mum and kept her from sleeping at night. How he responded to his dad when he talked to him. Precious memories. Also we got to spent time with him in the hospital which was such a blessing to us. He just looked like a little baby who was asleep. Do keep us in your prayers as right now this is what is giving us the peace and comfort that we have.

Praise God. Half way there. I really think men should carry babies and not women.
